These terms govern your use of the Eleumi website and matching service ("the Service") provided by Eleumi Ltd ("Eleumi", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

What Eleumi is

Eleumi is a UK-based matching platform that connects medical and dental professionals with independent FCA-authorised mortgage and protection specialists. Eleumi is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not provide financial, mortgage, insurance, tax or legal advice. All regulated advice comes from the independent firm you are introduced to.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom to use the Service. You must provide accurate, current and complete information when completing an assessment.

How matching works

When you complete an assessment, we share the relevant information with one or more FCA-authorised firms we believe to be suited to your situation. The introduced firm is solely responsible for any advice, recommendation or product they provide. Eleumi receives no commission from product providers.

No advice

Nothing on this website — including guides, articles, calculators and any matching output — constitutes financial advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer to enter into any contract. You should take regulated advice before making any financial decision.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or attack the Service.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the Eleumi name and brand, software and design — is owned by Eleumi Ltd or its licensors and protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or republish material without our written consent.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eleumi excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service or from any advice, product or service provided by an introduced firm. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
